Amy Bartlett

Amy has been a case manager since 2022, but part of the waiver world for over 20 years. As a guardian to her brother with cerebral palsy she has experienced the wide range of services Medicaid waivers offer as well as being an advocate for individuals with disabilities from a young age. In 2016, her family welcomed a beautiful daughter with Down syndrome which even further expanded her passion for learning more. Amy has always had a desire to help others and enjoys making even a small difference in someone’s life. 

Amy graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision/Human Relations. While being home with her children for several years she started volunteering with Down Syndrome Indiana and Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network. Before becoming a case manager, Amy also provided Day Habilitation to individuals with disabilities. 

When not working, Amy loves spending time with her husband, Joe, and four children. Game nights are always a hit with her family, but they also love to go skating, bowling, and enjoying activities out in the community. Amy looks forward to growing with Inspire and making connections with the individuals, families, and teams she serves.
