Nicole is an avid member of her community in west central Indiana.

 

Nicole has professional and personal interest in the IDD community that expands 20 years. She has worked directly within the Medicaid Waiver program for a decade.  Her passion is helping others to navigate, what can seem like, a complex world.  Along with a firm understanding of waiver and all other resources; Nicole believes that compassion, empathy and being an integral team member is key within the case management role to fully support individuals and their loved ones.

 

When not working, Nicole and her family love adaptive activities that include trips to Disney World, snow skiing, and camping.

 

Nicole is blessed to be apart of the Inspire case management team and practices the sentiment of the organization, “We/I want to “Inspire” others!”.
