Payton graduated from Western Governors University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. With a strong background in both teaching and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Payton is passionate about supporting children, adults, and families in their growth and development. She currently supports Johnson County and surrounding areas, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community. 

 

Born and raised in Indiana, Payton is married and shares her life with her husband Victor and two energetic herding dogs Molly and Eva. In her free time, she loves traveling, trying new foods, and coordinating events to bring people together.
