Ireka Smith-Watson
Accomplished home service professional, child advocate, certified grief coach, and mother of three, Ireka Smith-Watson has over ten years of experience helping connect citizens with community resources, including housing, mental health, and financial assistance. A native of Marion, Indiana, Ireka, has extensive case management experience, specifically working with historically marginalized populations. She is also a human rights advocate, which is evident through her volunteer work with Child Advocates, Inc. and her role as a board member for the Gift of Adoption Fund.
After earning her Master of Science in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology, Ireka's passion for assisting and supporting women through their struggles with infertility led her to found Speak Now in July 2019. She has also consistently been the voice for the most disadvantaged and disenfranchised children within the foster care system. To continue being a voice for the voiceless and hope for the hopeless, Ireka is pursuing her Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Indiana Tech.
Ireka enjoys spending time with family and friends and exercising outside of work.
