Meghan Bauerle has worked in the field of human services for over twenty years. After discovering her passion for serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities while in college, she continued to work in a myriad of direct support positions, culminating with her entrance into Case Management in 2015. 

 

Meghan is a strong proponent for the ID/DD community. Her goal is to provide the families and clients on her caseload with tools for self-advocacy, inclusion, enrichment, and growth. 

 

Meghan understands that every person and situation is unique and is committed to providing resources, guidance, and services that best suit the personalized needs of each individual.
